Overlap is currently in the process of reestablishing itself as Overlap Art Space, a non-profit organization. This carefully considered change aligns the structure of the organization with our mission and provides us the potential to expand our programming. A wonderful team of people has been working very hard to ensure that we proceed thoughtfully and have everything properly set in place so that we can continue to operate for many years to come. 

We need your help, too. Every bit of financial support is so crucial during this exciting but vulnerable stage in our evolution. Thanks to the generosity and fiscal sponsorship of the Arts and Cultural Alliance of Newport County we are able to start raising money while we wait for our 501(c)3 application to be reviewed by the IRS. You can support us by making a tax deductible donation directly to the ACA, either by check or online. Please be sure to note in the comments, or on the check, that your donation is for Overlap Art Space. The ACA will then pass along the funds to us and send you an acknowledgement letter.
